| e3 Bureau Wins Energy Award from Sustainable Energy Ireland

The e3 Energy Management Bureau was a winner of the “Coordinated Energy Management Programme” category at the 2005 Energy Awards. The award was presented by Minister Noel Dempsey of the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources at a ceremony in the Berkely Court. The e3 bureau is a joint initiative between UCD, DIT, TCD and DCU, and is managed by PowerTherm Solutions in conjunction with White Young Green. |

| PowerTherm and WYG Finalists in Prestigious CIBSE Awards |

Due to the success of the e3 Energy Management Bureau, PowerTherm Solutions and White Young Green were finalists in the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers Awards in the “Environmental Initiative of the Year” category. Cian O'Riordan (PowerTherm), Colman Reynolds (WYG) and Donal McGowan (UCD) traveled to London to attend the award ceremony. |

PowerTherm and WYG Awarded Major Energy Audit Contract
with DunLaoghaire-Rathdown County Council |

As part of its Local Agenda 21 activities, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council decided to undertake a major audit of energy use associated with council activities. Following a public procurement process, this important contract was awarded to PowerTherm Solutions and White Young Green. PowerTherm and WYG were subsequently awarded a series of energy surveys as part of Phase 2 of this energy audit contract. |

| PowerTherm Solutions Awarded Energy Management Bureau Contract |

After a highly competitive public procurement process, PowerTherm Solutions, in conjunction with White Young Green, has been awarded a 3 year contract to provide bureau services to DIT, UCD, Trinity College and DCU. This represents an important step in the development of PowerTherm’s “Energy Management Programme” service offering. |
