Introduction

PowerTherm Solutions, established in 2002, provides energy and maintenance management services to our clients, in order to reduce their energy use and the associated operation cost. Our extensive client base spans the commercial, industrial and public sectors. We offer a range of services which combine to provide a complete energy and maintenance management solution:

·         Energy and condition surveys – we evaluate energy consumption and costs, highlight opportunities for efficiency improvements and quantify the resultant savings. We also identify specific issues and recommendations in relation to best practice maintenance requirements.

·         Energy monitoring and reporting – we analyse trends in energy use and provide regular reports outlining progress and performance. We have developed a web-based energy monitoring service, and are proficient with all BEMS and M&T systems.

·         Energy and maintenance management – we monitor and manage our client’s day to day operations, energy use, and building services maintenance, to ensure reliability is maximised, costs are reduced and optimal plant performance, operation obligations and statutory requirements are achieved.

·         Energy retrofit project management - we identify energy saving retrofit projects, design highly efficient solutions, specify all requirements, manage procurement, provide project oversight, ensure project delivery, and undertake grant administration (if applicable). We offer energy performance guarantees for our project work.

·         Energy performance contract advice and procurement – we provide strategic and practical advice to organisations interested in developing Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) or engaging Energy Services Companies (ESCOs). We assist clients in going through the procurement process.

·         Measurement and Verification (M&V) – we compose M&V plans and publish post project M&V reports, in accordance with the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

·         Specialist energy advice – we provide advice in relation to development of energy strategies and plans; we analyse project performance, prepare case studies and manage energy procurement.

·         We also provide Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and non-domestic Building Energy Ratings (ndBERs).
