Skills and Expertise
must hold mechanical or building services engineering qualification (Level
7 or 8), with 8-10 years of relevant practical experience. The applicant
must have good written and verbal communication skills, and strong numeracy
skills. They must have a solid understanding of best practice building
services. They must be self-motivated, well-organised, flexible, conscientious
and hard working.
